A. Each business should expect two static posts and three stories per week, assuming they have completed onboarding successfully.
Q. Can I review the posts ahead of time to make sure they look good?
A. Yes, a weekly e-mail shows posts from the following week, allowing you to edit in advance or cancel a post if you need.
Q. Who responds when someone comments on my Social AI post?
A. Social AI only creates content and posts. The business is still responsible for managing communications.
Q. Can I boost my posts?
A. Yes, you can go in and boost a post, or upgrade to Social AI+ to enable automatic boosting.
Q. Where do the images come from?
A. We work with you during onboarding to establish an image library to use for Social AI, based on your strategy.
