Overview
GetintheLoop works closely with external partners to attract, sell, onboard and support businesses long term. There are many consistencies across all partnerships when it comes to selling our products (outlined below) but there are details with regards to the sales funnel, the responsibilities, customer success handover process and reporting that vary.

Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
The GetintheLoop (GITL) platform is designed to serve SMBs that need a consistent online presence but lack a dedicated marketing team. These businesses often struggle with maintaining their social channels, listings and digital ads due to limited time or resources, making our product a perfect fit to automate their content creation and posting.
Key Characteristics:
- Industry Focus: Service-based businesses are a great fit, including trades like Mechanical Companies, Electricians, Plumbers, and Landscapers. Also consider industries that typically have smaller local businesses, like food/beverage, retail, and health/wellness.
- Size: Typically 4-15 employees.
- Revenue: $300k - $3 million in annual revenue.
- Geography: English-speaking businesses within North America. Social AI currently supports only English, limiting reach in non-English-speaking regions.
- Business Type: Non-franchised companies, as franchises may have corporate restrictions on social media usage.

Before joining a meeting, take time to review the prospect's online presence. Check how frequently they’re posting, the type of content they share (e.x. product promotions or revenue-generating posts), and whether their posts are driving engagement. Look for trends:
- Are they consistent with their posts?
- What are they posting about?
- Do their posts align with their business goals, or is there an opportunity to improve?
- Are they getting likes / engagements?
Understanding their current social activity helps identify gaps where Social AI can add immediate value.

Alright, so as you could see, we’re based off Canada and recently got established in the US as well, we’re mainly specialized in social media automation on Meta platforms, so we’re looking at both Facebook and Instagram with a total of 6 postings per week, divided by posts and stories, and we actually do this through our Social AI! Now, that’s completely AI based, but we will also have an onboarding specialist taking care of the first process with you, now this can be done via email but I always recommend a call just to make sure we’re all aligned, and that’s where we’re gonna need around 15 minutes of your time in the beginning, just to make sure we’re aligned with your branding, you basically share around 10 business highlights and what sets you apart from your competition, but you can share more if you like! Pause – Feel free to stop me if you have any questions btw!

Now, what we will mainly need from you is either images or an image source and you can approve the use of stock photos as well if you feel it aligns with your business! Do you have a file in hand with pictures already like a Google drive or any pictures you can use? (Assuming the sale)

No worries/Perfect! We’ll also be helping you out, that’s the purpose of the onboarding! Now, once we have our hands on the pictures, an idea about your branding and what sets you apart, that’s when the main process begins!
1st process will be our Social AI taking care of the postings for you, we’ll be adding a few templates as needed, the caption will be made according to your main highlights, offerings, and really anything you’re looking to highlight in your social media, and the hashtags are also gonna be made in a way that stays true to your brand while being aligned with the FB and IG algorithm. (Mention a few highlights they initially mentioned about their business in the beginning of the call and get them to interact) - Like for example, we can highlight that you …., would you like this to be mentioned as one of the highlights? .. Alright, amazing!
2nd process is the weekly content plan, we will be sending you a weekly content plan via email including the 6 postings, you can expect either 3 posts and 3 stories per week to FB and IG or 4 stories and 2 posts per week, depending on what’s keeping you most consistent on your socials without having to be really heavy on posts really, you’ll see these postings exactly how your audience would see them, this way, if it seems good to go, we go ahead and launch it, but if you feel like anything needs to be optimized, like everything is good to go but maybe one post needs to be modified according to your needs, you either just let us know and we modify it for you, or if you’d like it done right away, you can go ahead and directly edit it from our dashboard!
And that’s when we get to the 3rd process! Our automated posting.. Once approved, we will be posting fully automatically on your behalf to both FB and IG at optimal times just to try and maximize your engagement, and we highly encourage you to check your dashboard, check how well GITL is doing for you, how well people are receiving your posts, and let us know in case you have any feedback that can help us improve even more, as the roadmap is one of our features, and we’re constantly adding new things based on client needs! That’s the gist!

That's great! Social AI isn't meant to replace your current strategy; it's a complement to what you're already doing. It'll make it easier for your social media helper because they won't have to post as often, plus Social AI is very reliable and consistent.

We start by working closely with you to create your business profile, update your custom image library, and craft 10 ads/highlights specific to your strategy. Your On-boarding Specialist (a real person!) will make sure you're very happy with all of this.
Next, our AI takes all this info and crafts high quality social media posts. Will the content be specific enough to my business?
You can adjust your 10 live ads/highlights at any time! This will help the AI make sure the posts are specific and relevant to your goals, because the posts are created using your 10 live ads, your business profile, and your image library.
Also, our team (real people) makes sure your business profile is set up correctly at all times and can make any changes you need.
I'm too busy to set up something like this
Most of our customers are spending less than 10 minutes per week on Social AI. Our team does all the setup work and makes sure you're 100% happy with your business profile and 10 live ads. Once it's running, you get a weekly email with your upcoming posts. All you need to do is make sure the posts look good to you! Most of our customers spend about 5 minutes per week reviewing the email.
